The Effective Assessment CPD is designed to improve your own understanding of assessments, in addition to the techniques employed in assessing learner's work. As part of this course, you will also learn the importance of the learner being directly involved in their own assessment, and how assessment can be used to improve and develop a learner's skills.

This CPD course will also develop the learner's understanding of the importance of equality and diversity in modern assessments. You will also understand the processes and different stages involved in effective assessment and the policies/procedures which are relevant to assessments of all kinds.
